Staffing ratios
The staffing ratios vary across the age groups and we usually exceed the minimum staff
requirements listed.
Staff qualifications
- Almost all staff qualified to NVQ Level 3
- Other staff qualified to Level 2 or studying towards Level 3
- We support students and apprentices to gain their childcare qualification
- Students are always supervised
Recruitment Process
- Pre-selection from CV and application form
- Interview and Trial
- At least 2 references
- DBS (criminal record) check
